Celebrate a toddler’s brand-new word. Talk music and gaming with a 15-year-old until they feel completely at ease. We’re hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to support neurodivergent kids and teens (autism, ADHD, and more), from early intervention through the teen years. We’re a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice. No table drills. Just real connection.

Your day:

• 1:1 ABA support in homes, preschools, schools, and the community

• Help little ones build early communication and play skills, OR help teens build independence, confidence, and real friendships

• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

• Build trusting relationships with kids, teens, and their families

   

You're our person if you:

• Are dependable, show up consistently, and rarely cancel

• Give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes

• Welcome feedback and push yourself to grow

• Want to build a long-term career with one company

• Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)

• Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
