About us

Viking is a leading European workplace-solutions company headquartered in Venlo, where around 350 employees representing more than 25 nationalities come together with a shared ambition: to help businesses create better, more productive workplaces.

As part of the RAJA Group, Viking combines decades of expertise with an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset. We provide businesses across Europe with office products, workplace equipment, and solutions designed around the evolving needs of today’s working world. At the heart of everything we do is a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service, quality, and continuous innovation.

What really makes Viking stand out is our people. With an international team, we bring together different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We value people who take initiative, stay open to new ideas, and are always looking for ways to improve.

Start your professional journey at Viking and become part of an international team where experience meets fresh thinking, collaboration drives progress, and there is always room to learn, contribute, and grow.

What to expect during your internship

You’ll step into a compliance environment where structure, responsibility, and global awareness guide the work you do every day. Working alongside professionals who keep the organization aligned with regulations and internal standards, you’ll explore how regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk assessment come together to protect the business and strengthen its integrity.

From the start, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting compliance initiatives, analysing risks, and contributing to the development and improvement of internal frameworks. You’ll learn how legal requirements translate into real operational decisions, and how compliance shapes a responsible, future‑ready organization.

Expect to build practical skills, work on meaningful tasks that influence how teams operate, and develop a mindset grounded in accountability and clarity. It’s an opportunity to understand the systems that keep companies ethical and resilient, and to make an impact from day one.
