We’re building Marketing to shape how the world understands Vitalize. Our job is to tell Vitalize’s story, build our brand, create demand, and bring new products and features to market.
We stay close to our customers and turn what we’re building and the outcomes we’re driving into clear, compelling stories. Marketing is the fabric that stitches together that language for how Vitalize is talked about across product, customers, and recruiting.

The Role
We’re looking for our first Growth & Demand Generation hire to build Vitalize’s demand engine from the ground up.
You’ll own how we reach and engage the health systems and leaders we want to work with, turning marketing into qualified pipeline for the business. You’ll partner closely with Sales to identify our highest-priority accounts, build campaigns that break through, and determine which channels and investments actually move sales.
This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll experiment quickly, measure what works, and turn those learnings into a repeatable growth engine as Vitalize scales.
What You'll Do
Build our demand engine. Develop and execute the strategy for creating qualified pipeline across our target health systems.
Own campaigns end to end. Build and execute campaigns across email, paid, events, webinars, content, account-based marketing, and new channels worth testing.
Build our account-based motion. Find creative ways to reach and engage executives and clinical leaders at the health systems we most want to work with.
Own the growth budget. Manage and allocate budget across channels, continuously evaluating performance and shifting investment toward what drives the strongest pipeline and ROI.
Partner closely with Sales. Align on priority accounts, buyers, messaging, and campaigns, with a tight feedback loop around what is and isn't working.
Experiment and iterate. Test channels, messaging, audiences, and campaigns quickly, then use the results to determine where we should invest.
Turn our story into demand. Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to turn customer outcomes, company stories, and product launches into opportunities to reach new buyers.
Own the funnel and the numbers. Understand performance from first touch through qualified opportunity, track pipeline contribution and ROI, and continuously improve conversion.
Build for scale. Establish the systems, measurement, processes, and playbooks that will allow our growth engine to scale with Vitalize.
What You'll Bring
4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing
A track record of building programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue, not just leads or engagement
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, ideally within a complex or long sales cycle
Experience building account-based marketing programs for a defined set of high-value accounts
Experience managing a meaningful marketing budget and making investment decisions based on pipeline, conversion, and ROI
Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to decide what to test, stop, and scale
Creativity in finding new ways to reach hard-to-access buyers
A strong understanding of how Marketing and Sales work together to create pipeline
The ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
A builder mentality. You’re excited to create the playbook, not inherit one
A bias toward experimentation, learning, and moving quickly
Healthcare experience is a plus, but curiosity, commercial judgment, and the ability to quickly understand our customers matter more.
