About Wonder Studios
Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and content studio building an entertainment business for the AI era. Founded by award-winning filmmaker and creative technologist Justin Hackney and marketplace entrepreneur Xavier Collins, Wonder works across original IP, commercial productions and filmmaker development.
Wonder brings together a studio, talent marketplace and global community of creative and AI-native filmmakers, pairing creatives and engineers from the start of each project to support ambitious storytelling and new production models.
We’ve raised more than $15 million from elite investors including LocalGlobe, Atomico and Adobe as well as angels from the leading AI companies including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google DeepMind.
We’re now a team of 35+ based around the world with offices in London, LA, NYC and SF.

The Role
You will join the Strategy and Growth Manager and work directly with Wonder's executive team on the projects that matter most to the company right now. You will not shadow anyone. You will own each mission, from the first question to the final result.
You will build a full picture of how Wonder works, and you will grow your analysis, project management and communication skills along the way. Depending on your strengths, your interests and what the business needs, you may support one or several core teams. As you prove yourself, you will take on more responsibility, with guidance from experienced colleagues.
You will own real projects that grow Wonder's audience, content output and revenue, and keep the business running efficiently. This is not a note-taking job. You will research, build, test and present, and your work will change what the team does next.
The internship lasts 6 months. It is full-time and based in London. Start date January 2027.
What you'll do
Growth
- Study the full funnel of the Wonder community, across both organic and paid channels, and find where people join, stay or drop off.
- Run experiments from the top of the funnel to the bottom, and measure what each one changes. Carry out your own recommendations. You do not hand them to someone else.
- Own the day-to-day running of Wonder's social channels, and build the systems around them, such as content calendars, posting workflows and performance tracking, so the work keeps running without effort.
- Explore ways to fill the top of the revenue funnel, such as partner marketing, outbound, strategic partnerships and SEO.
- Report every week on what worked, what did not, and what you will change next.
Business operations
- Wonder is a vertically-integrated studio. Work with your manager to leverage AI at each step of the value chain of a next-generation film and commercial production studio.
Revenue
- Support new business for our Agency and IP arms: build target lists, research accounts and prepare pitch materials.
- Keep the pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM.
- Analyze deals, pricing and margins, and show leadership where to focus.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree from a top university.
- One or two internships in high-intensity settings, such as consulting, VC, start-ups or finance.
- A record of exceptional results that you can point to.
- Sharp thinking. You break complex problems down from first principles. You catch the details that matter, work against your own biases, and explain hard things in a few clear sentences.
- Social media. You are at ease running experiments on social channels and being the face on camera.
- Ownership. You drive outcomes. You do not wait for instructions. When something breaks, you fix it.
- Simplicity. You pick the simplest answer that works and ship it. Done and useful beats perfect and late.
- Drive. You are ambitious, and your effort matches it. You hold yourself to a bar that keeps rising. You see this internship as the fastest way to learn, and you are ready to work for it.
- Team spirit. You give freely and back the best idea, not your own. You are reliable and honest, and you help the team even when the work is not glamorous.
- Hunger. You see this internship as a chance to learn faster than anywhere else.
