Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and professional F&B Reservation Team Leader to join our organization in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this leadership role, you will oversee the reservation operations for our food and beverage establishments, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing a dedicated team. You will be responsible for optimizing reservation processes, maintaining service excellence, and driving operational efficiency across all F&B outlets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the reservation team to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage all reservation operations, including booking confirmations, table management, and customer inquiries across multiple platforms
- Train and develop team members on reservation systems, customer service protocols, and company procedures through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to optimize table turnover and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate reservation records and analyze booking data to identify trends and improve forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards
- Customize reservation strategies based on seasonal demand, special events, and organizational objectives
- Prepare reports on reservation metrics, team performance, and operational insights for management review
- Manage inventory of reservation materials and maintain organized systems for efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proficiency with reservation management systems and POS software
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and customer service best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and conflict resolution experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from reservation and performance metrics
- Preferred: Multilingual abilities (Turkish and English fluency is advantageous given the Istanbul location)
- Preferred: Experience training and developing hospitality staff
- Preferred: Familiarity with revenue management principles in the hospitality sector
