Job Title: Call Center / Live Support Agent

Job Summary
We are looking for Call Center / Live Support Executives with experience in the gaming, iGaming or sports betting industry to provide excellent customer support to players across phone, live chat and other support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints via phone, live chat and other channels.
- Assist players with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting and bonus-related enquiries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Provide accurate information on betting products, odds, bet types and promotions.
- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining excellent service.
- Record customer interactions and follow established support procedures.
Requirement
- HND or BSc in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service/call center experience, preferably within the gaming, iGaming or sports betting industry.
- Good understanding of sports betting, including odds, bet types, deposits and withdrawals.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Pidgin is an advantage.
- Good computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to multitask across phone, live chat and other support channels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
