In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with more than 5 of experience managing complex, long‑duration projects within agencies, corporate environments, or global networks. Their mission will focus on leading and coordinating multiple workstreams, overseeing the full project lifecycle—from initiation through implementation to final delivery—while ensuring the successful execution of operational solutions for clients and the effective management of senior stakeholder communities across the Publicis Groupe ecosystem. This role will be responsible for project estimation, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting, ensuring teams meet their commitments and that every project is executed with efficiency, organization, and strategic focus.
Responsabilidades
- Establish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members
- Effectively prioritize their own tasks
- Own the creation of documentation of projects and present improvement ideas
- Participate actively in team meetings aiding in tasks estimations and provide accurate risks assessments.
- Proactively participate in knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members
- Manage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team
- Proactively seek feedback and create action plans based on it.
- Own their tasks and their impact within their account.
- Create craft strategies and approaches
- Participate proactively in the Craft initiatives such as creating and or presenting workshops
- Develop and implement innovation of world class business process workflows, and next generation process technologies for Publicis clients.
- Support the discovery, design, recommendation, development, implementation, and on going support of client process workflows
- Participate in the continuous growth of the organization’s collaborators
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the processes related to the accounts, projects and teams in which they are involved.
- Participate in the Performance program as a Performance manager
Cualificaciones
- Bachelor’s degree/technical degree completed or equivalent experience.
- Formal education in Software Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising degree or related fields.
- Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) – is a plus.
- Experienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.
- 5+ years of experience working on related fields.
