Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of Apex solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns through effective coordination of internal teams, technology partners and media suppliers. The Apex Executive acts as a key operational point of contact, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, reporting is accurate, and operational and financial processes are completed efficiently.

This is a highly operational and coordination-focused role, ideal for professionals with experience in media operations, campaign management, digital operations or agency environments who thrive in fast-paced and collaborative settings.

Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Execution

Receive, review and coordinate campaign briefs to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate campaign setup and implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed timelines.
Monitor campaign delivery and resolve operational issues when required.

Partner & Supplier Management

Coordinate media, data and technology partners involved in campaign execution.
Track implementation progress and maintain regular communication with suppliers.
Monitor service levels, delivery timelines and campaign status.
Escalate operational challenges and support issue resolution.

Reporting & Data Management

Collect and consolidate campaign performance data from multiple sources.
Prepare and distribute campaign reports to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
Support performance tracking through data validation and analysis.

Financial & Administrative Control

Gather and validate supplier cost information.
Support billing and invoicing processes by ensuring financial accuracy.
Reconcile campaign revenues and costs.
Maintain accurate financial reporting and administrative records.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with PMX, activation teams and external partners.
Ensure alignment between operations, reporting and finance processes.
Maintain high standards of operational quality, organisation and attention to detail.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows.

Qualifications

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in Media Operations, Campaign Management, Digital Operations, Account Operations or a similar agency environment.
Proven experience coordinating campaigns, suppliers and activation teams.
Exposure to Digital Media, Programmatic, CTV, DOOH or Digital Audio environments is considered a plus.

Technical Skills

Required

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Data consolidation and reporting experience.
Cost control and billing reconciliation.
Strong operational process management skills.

Preferred

Experience with Campaign Manager, DV360 or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI.
Familiarity with ad serving, programmatic or digital campaign management tools.
