What You'll Do
- New Opportunity Review: Validation
- Knowledge of Fixtures: Must be explicitly listed on their CV / Sustaining Engineering (standardized procedures to prevent errors)
- Process Improvement: Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing / 6S / Kaizen
- Direct Production Support: Hands-on guidance (e.g., proper tool usage, part validation)
- Engineering Change Management: Proven experience with ECOs / ECNs (Engineering Change Orders / Notifications)
Who We’re looking for
- +2 years of experience in similar roles, within manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English skills (Conversational and written).
- Experience with Assembly Draws interpretation.
- Experience in manufacturing process.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
