Snr Customer Experience Professional - Temp Maternity Cover

We have an opportunity for an Snr Customer Experience Professional - Temp Maternity Cover to join our Portsmouth, Hampshire, United Kingdom. You will Provide responsive, proactive support to Account Managers and customers. Maintain clear ownership and follow-up across requests to help prevent delays. Coordinate effectively across customers, sales teams, factories and other internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model
