Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
• 5-7 years in similar role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Back Office Treasury Operations

• Manage Back Office Analyst and act as a back up for critical tasks
• Review the stand alone, FX and other bank accounts daily and instruct Back office to action transfers for the purposes of funding/centralising cash.
• Approve all payments for API region as submitted by back-office analyst and ensure accuracy of SSIs and amounts.
• Monitor Payment Status in Quantum and ECHOS (CCEP SWIFT Service Bureau) and follow up with banks when needed. Ensure there are sufficient payment approvers at all times.
• Oversee the monthly commodity process and support back-office analysts.
• Approve the unwind of commodity price-fix trades prior to settlement, where required.
• Maintain and periodically review the register of bank signatories

Cash Management Operations

• Responsible for the short term Cashflow Forecast for API region and submit on time for consolidation by European team (weekly task).
• Responsible to prepare the Implied Free Cashflow per Business Unit (including the actual cashflow reporting) and submit on time for consolidation by European team (weekly task).
• Follow up on variances against of actuals versus forecast and work with finance teams to explain differences.
• Prepare the cash position per currency daily for API region and report to Front Office in Sydney any excess cash and/or funding needs. Ensure no account is without funding or in overdraft.
• Follow up on the reconciliation of external interest income on bank accounts with the banks and ensure it is according to terms and conditions. Responsible to maintain bank interest rates in Quantum

Banking 

• Participate in periodic Banking Relationship review meetings (internal and external) representing Back Office and bringing issues that need to be resolved.
• Management of Indonesian e-banking platforms
• Responsible for supporting business partners and internal stakeholders in relation to banking matters

Treasury Reporting & Compliance

• Responsible for certifying SOX Control on confirmations
• Responsible for coordinating bank confirmations for audit purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end Treasury accounting activities, including internal and external audits.
• Responsible for Ad Hoc Treasury Reporting including Europe Treasury
• Responsible for managing KYC for annual review and new bank accounts and/or establishing trading relationships

Projects

Support projects aiming to improve existing processes and/or aligning processes with Europe (e.g. replacement of the API BIC with the European BIC)

• Internal: Treasury Front Office team, Treasury Accounting, STP Banking team, RTR, PPM, Internal Audit, etc.
• External: Partner Banks, External Audit, Tax Office
