The Coordinator.Facility.V will oversee a broad spectrum of building repair and maintenance activities within the IV 0411-025-00282 OPS - Service - 3100 department. Working under general supervision, you will ensure that all facilities are kept in optimal condition, respond to unplanned service requests, manage work orders, and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction through timely and courteous service. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for Intelliserv, Inc., ensuring safe, functional, and clean work environments.
