The Process Manager – FCC Transformation & Business Analysis will spearhead strategic initiatives within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Operational Excellence team. Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, you will bridge business and technology, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure delivery of high‑impact projects that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes across the Client Lifecycle Management landscape.
Lead FCC transformation and business analysis initiatives, driving process excellence and stakeholder collaboration across Pune and Mumbai.
