THE ROLE
Within the Global Retail Experiences department, reporting to the Global Retail Experience Director, you will drive Education & Training initiatives across a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands.
Combining strategic vision, creativity, fragrance expertise and operational excellence, you will translate brand ambitions into impactful learning programs and exceptional retail experiences.
In a fast-paced, international, multi-brand environment, you will take full ownership of projects from concept to execution, working autonomously while building strong relationships with fragrance licensing partners, internal stakeholders and local markets.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. GLOBAL EDUCATION STRATEGY & RETAIL EXCELLENCE
- Translate brand and marketing strategies into impactful Education programs aligned with brand identity, product launches and business priorities.
- Drive global Retail Excellence initiatives focused on client experience, selling ceremony, clienteling, storytelling, product expertise and commercial performance.
- Ensure a consistent, client-centric approach across brands and international markets.
2. EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT & GLOBAL LAUNCHES
- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Education programs, training toolkits and learning assets supporting global launches and key brand initiatives.
- Create innovative, engaging and effective content covering fragrance culture, olfaction, product knowledge, brand storytelling, selling skills and customer experience.
- Oversee the production and implementation of training materials, including presentations, videos, digital modules and BA App content, ensuring quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Explore creative learning formats and pedagogical approaches to maximize engagement and training effectiveness.
3. LICENSING PARTNERS & INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the Education teams of fragrance licensing partners and Fashion Houses, acting as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate content development, feedback and approvals with brand partners, ensuring alignment with their vision, expectations and launch priorities.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Business Development & Operations, IM/PR, Merchandising and local markets to deliver a consistent 360° retail experience.
- Support local Education teams in implementing and adapting global programs, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
4. DIGITAL LEARNING & INNOVATION
- Drive the digitalization of Education through mobile learning, BA Apps, LMS platforms and innovative learning formats.
- Develop engaging and accessible digital experiences to maximize training reach, engagement and effectiveness.
- Leverage market feedback, performance insights and emerging learning trends to continuously improve Education tools.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE
- Independently lead multiple projects across brands, taking full ownership of priorities, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables from concept to implementation.
- Demonstrate initiative, agility and strong problem-solving skills, anticipating challenges and driving solutions with minimal supervision.
- Monitor Education and Retail Excellence KPIs, using insights and market feedback to measure impact and optimize programs.
- Ensure operational excellence, attention to detail and consistent delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6. RETAIL EXPERIENCE & RETAILTAINMENT
- Contribute to the creation of innovative retailtainment concepts, in-store animations and experiential activations alongside the Retail Experience team.
- Participate in the development of creative tools, artworks, items and prototypes that bring brand storytelling and product discovery to life.
- Integrate Education expertise into retail experiences to enhance client engagement and brand desirability.
YOUR PROFILE
- 6+ years of experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, Education or Retail Excellence, ideally within niche fragrance brands.
- Strong fragrance expertise, including olfaction, fragrance culture, product knowledge and storytelling.
- Proven experience in training development, facilitation, field coaching and engaging learning content creation.
- Excellent pedagogical, communication and presentation skills, with a genuine passion for sharing knowledge.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, with strong project management capabilities and the ability to independently drive multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with licensing partners, cross-functional teams and international markets.
- Creative, curious, agile and solution-oriented, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
- Digitally savvy, with knowledge of or interest in LMS, mobile learning and digital Education tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment.
- International travel may be extensive depending on global and local market needs.
