Oversee and coordinate all operational activities within assigned business units/Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, achievement of business objectives, optimal productivity, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and local regulatory requirements, while proactively addressing and resolving non-compliance issues. Manage relationships with external service providers, including 2PL/3PL partners, and oversee contingent workforce resources to meet operational demands where applicable.
Support the implementation of functional strategies, operational improvements, and performance initiatives while partnering with the Senior Manager, Country Operations, to drive team effectiveness, capability development, and overall operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced operations and logistics professional with a strong background in overseeing daily logistics operations, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency, controlling costs, leading teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role is responsible for supporting business objectives through effective operational management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across assigned business functions.
