First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Retail Management Associate to join the B.R.I.D.G.E. Development Program. The Retail Management Associate (RMA) is a full-time participant in the bank’s 12-month B.R.I.D.G.E.

Program, a structured leadership development experience designed to prepare individuals for future Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) roles. RMAs rotate through key branch functions, complete structured coursework, receive mentorship, and work on real-world projects that build foundational technical skills and leadership behaviors. Upon successful completion, RMAs may be considered for ABM placement based on demonstrated readiness and organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $20.15-$25.05/hour First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Retail Management Associate to join the B.R.I.D.G.E. Development Program.
