Summary: The PR Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen Huda Beauty’s presence across the Americas. This role will build and nurture relationships with media, editors, and journalists; secure impactful earned media coverage; and support product launches, press events, and media seeding programs. The Manager will lead media outreach, develop compelling pitches and press materials, identify timely cultural and editorial opportunities, and work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and operational excellence across the region. This role will report to the Director of PR Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies across the Americas, strengthening brand visibility and cultural relevance with a focus on makeup artistry (MUA), fragrance, and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
- Cultivate relationships with beauty and fragrance editors, journalists, professional makeup artists, and PR agency partners to drive earned media coverage and brand advocacy.
- Manage proactive media outreach, developing compelling pitches, press materials, and launch narratives aligned with Global brand positioning and regional priorities.
- Manage regional makeup artistry initiatives, identifying opportunities for artist partnerships, editorial placements, product integration, and expert-led storytelling.
- Drive fragrance PR through distinctive scent storytelling, targeted press outreach, and engagement with relevant media and industry experts.
- Lead Latin American media outreach and contact development, tailoring communications to local audiences, editorial interests, and cultural moments.
- Plan and execute press events, media appointments, and launch activations, coordinating invitations, logistics, and agency support.
- Oversee press and MUA seeding programs, ensuring strategic recipient selection, timely delivery, and follow-up aligned with launch calendars and editorial deadlines.
- Manage press inquiries, PR inboxes, and media and MUA databases; track earned coverage and campaign performance to inform monthly reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Americas and Global teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, incorporating regional priorities and emerging beauty, fragrance, and cultural trends into campaign planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)/Portuguese is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or a related field
- Strong understanding of the creator landscape and cultural nuances in Spanish-speaking Latin America
- Experience working with influencers across different levels, from micro to VIP
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and shifting priorities as needed
- Clear communication skills and a good eye for detail
- Organized, reliable and able to take ownership without needing heavy oversight
- Passionate about beauty and tuned into social media and creator trends
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with platforms like Traackr and Creator IQ is helpful
- Brings a can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. No task is too small.

The pay range for this role is $100k-$120k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
