Saint Michael's College invites applications for a Director of Human Resources. The HR Director will serve as the College's senior HR leader and strategic partner in advancing our mission, values, and institutional goals. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, this position provides leadership and oversight for all Human Resources functions, including employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, leave administration, and policy development. The Director collaborates closely with campus leaders to build an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements.
