About the role:
As a QA Engineer, you will drive quality across complex systems and ensure reliable, high-quality product releases. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of quality across rapidly changing domains.
- Lead manual testing efforts for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows.
- Deeply understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to define requirements and the "Definition of Done."
- Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing).
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems.
- Proven ability to take ownership and lead QA efforts within a team or domain.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus).
- Experience working with AI tools on a daily basis to create tests and tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (even if it is not your main focus).
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments.
- Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems.
Why join us?
- Real ownership from day one. Drive decisions, shape ideas and make them work.
- Your fastest learning years. Build alongside founders and VPs in a space that moves weekly.
- You'll have the opportunity to write and build what comes next.
