Job Description
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Handle guest luggage efficiently and securely, including delivery, storage, and collection.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and in-room features.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including airport transfers, valet parking, and car rental services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with the delivery of guest messages, parcels, and other requested items.
- Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements.
- Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and luxury hospitality service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to deliver personalized service while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Istanbul's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
- Ability to handle guest luggage and perform physical tasks as required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid driving license and active driving experience are preferred.
