The opportunity
We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner & Skills Transformation Lead to join our Talent team in Luxembourg.
This role combines strategic HR partnering with ownership of EY’s skills agenda. As a trusted adviser, you will connect business priorities with talent practices, technology, workforce insights and learning solutions for a future-focused workplace.
You will act as a transformation Catalyst, turning business into a simpler, technology-enables way of working.
Your key responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders on people priorities, organizational design, workforce planning, talent, engagement and change.
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, providing trusted guidance and connecting them with the right people, resources and solutions.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Define and continuously improve EY’s skills strategy and skills-based talent practices.
- Own skills technologies, translating business needs into product requirements, priorities and roadmaps while driving implementation and adoption.
- Use workforce data to identify capability gaps and inform strategic workforce decisions.
- Collaborate with Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and business teams on integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve talent experiences and outcomes.
Skills and attributes for success
- Six or more years’ experience across HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning or HR Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational effectiveness and skills-based organizations.
- Transformation and change leadership, with the ability to simplify processes, mobilise stakeholders, and embed sustainable change.
- Experience in HR technology, product ownership or transformation, ideally in professional services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with an interest in AI, automation and analytics.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and fluency in English; French and/or German is advantageous.

- You are agile, forward-thinking and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge convention and bring creative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience with skills platforms, ProFinda or similar talent marketplaces, and SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial.
