Position Summary
1. Own strategic customer marketing initiatives and new product launch plans across key retailers, translating business priorities into customer and channel strategies that drive sell-out and market growth.2. Build and strengthen retailer partnerships by delivering added value through joint initiatives and co-marketing campaigns.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer marketing initiatives and new product launch plans across key retailers, translating business priorities into customer and channel strategies that drive sell-out and market growth.
- Manage channel marketing budgets, driving ROI and ensuring efficient allocation across both offline and online channels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Retail partners to ensure seamless and excellent execution of marketing activities.
- Build and strengthen retailer partnerships by delivering added value through joint initiatives and co-marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and retail performance data to identify insights and develop action plans that enhance user experience.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the Sales team to accelerate performance across channels and platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, channel/retail marketing or related fields.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Solid strategic planning and project management skills.
- Strong communication. Good presentation. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- AI experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
