As Assistant Bars & Beverage Manage r, you are responsible all beverage offerings of the hotel, from cocktails and spirits, wines and champagnes, and non-alcoholic items.

Working with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Director of Food & Beverage to create world class beverage offerings in the hotel’s signature bars. Recruiting and developing the beverage team including but not limited to bartenders and Head Mixology, to deliver an exception experience to guests. Assistant Beverage & Bars Manager will also be required to assist in achieving department targets.
