Responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategies for the maximization of the portfolios under his/her responsibility with the retail customers in charge. Work in close coordination with following stakeholders to ensure a successful strategy and a flawless execution:
- Internal stakeholders: Medical; Marketing colleagues; Finance; Training; FF Effectiveness; Business Intelligence; Commercial, Field Force; Supply; Regulatory.
- External stakeholders: Customers Marketing, Commercial, Supply, Medical.
Role responsibilities for this role include:
Responsible for the development and flawless implementation strategies and tactics for retailers in the regional channel:
- Development and implementation of Annual JBPl and Operating Plan.
- Analise the sell in, sell out and DOH to develop taylormade strategies for the customers.
- Secure the distribution levels for all the Viatris portfolio bye negotiation the placement of the product.
- Work together with the Wholesalers KAM to secure the availability of the product.
- Pricing and commercial strategies based on the market needs.
- Administrative follow up for credit notes of: rebates, offers, visibility.
- Ensure an efficient investment of the Gross to Net of his/ her customers as well as monitor the investment along the year.
- Be the expert on his/her customer(s) and ensure a clear strategy communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The basic qualifications for this role are:
Training and Education
- BA in Marketing, Administration, or related (degree).
Prior Experience
- + 4 years of experience in commercial.
Technical Competencies
- Intermediate English.
- Analytical approach for data interpretation (internal data, Market studies; IQVIA, Knobloch…), + sell in, sell out, in stock, DOH.
- Time and budget efficient administration.
- Microsoft office Management. (advanced Excel).
