This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Engineering Manager Offshore (Gas Cap) with extensive FEED experience on high-profile middle east projects.

Job Objective
- Lead and manage all offshore engineering disciplines including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet project objectives, specifications, and company standards.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
- Ensure engineering activities are executed within approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Monitor engineering progress and identify risks affecting project milestones.
- Support achievement of key project gates and readiness reviews.
