This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Weight Control Engineer (SPB) with extensive FEED experience on high-profile middle east projects.

Job Objective
- Establish and implement the project Weight Control Management Plan.
- Lead all weight engineering activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation phases.
- Ensure compliance with project weight and CoG targets.
- Develop and maintain weight control databases and reporting systems.
- Monitor weight growth trends and identify potential exceedances at an early stage.
- Implement mitigation measures to prevent weight and CoG deviations from approved limits.
