What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will execute defined learning operations processes with high accuracy to ensure learner lifecycle integrity, timely communications, and reliable systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, rosters, and learner communications accurately
• Maintain LMS records and learner data integrity
• Support ticket/inbox management and respond to standard queries
• Run standard reports and complete administrative close-out tasks
• Follow established operational playbooks and SLAs
• Escalate data, system, or process issues promptly

• Clear and timely operational communication
• Working effectively in structured workflows
• Managing deadlines and routine priorities
• Learning systems and tools quickly

What You'll Bring

• ~1-3 years relevant experience in operations, coordination, or admin roles
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Comfort working with systems and data (e.g., LMS, spreadsheets)
• Strong reliability and customer-service mindset
• Ability to work across time zones as needed

Who You'll Work With

You will work with Learning Operations Coordinators, Delivery colleagues, program owners, and learners to maintain accurate operations execution and timely service.
