Schedule: Monday-Friday evenings 4:00P - 10:00P; occasional weekends/holidays 7:30A - 4:00P

Position Function:    Under the direction of the HIM Manager, assembles, files and retrieves medical records, maintains chart location system, analyzes, unitizes, answers phones, purges for microfilm, and scans patient records (batch prep, acquisition, indexing, quality assurance, etc.).
