As Medical Representative, you will be the trusted link between Novo and the healthcare professionals in your territory. You will share clear, accurate information about our products, devices and indications, build lasting relationships with your customers and turn brand strategy into a territory plan that delivers results. What you’ll bring
You know the pharmaceutical field, you enjoy building relationships with healthcare professionals, and you do it the right way. You will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry focusing in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Strong sales skills and solid product portfolio knowledge.
- Native Vietnamese and good English communication skills.
- A clear sense of integrity and the discipline to work within business ethics procedures, local regulations and company policies.
What you’ll do
You will promote Novo products to healthcare professionals in your assigned healthcare organisations, making sure every conversation is accurate, relevant and compliant. You will:
- Build and execute a territory plan in line with the brand strategy, setting clear priorities for where and how you spend your time.
- Promote Novo products to healthcare professionals in your assigned healthcare organisations in a compliant way.
- Build effective relationships with your customers, providing information on products, devices and indications, and following up consistently.
- Contribute actively to regional meetings, national conferences and company meetings, sharing insights from the field.
- Work across functions to align on priorities and support customers effectively.
- Act in line with business ethics procedures, local regulations and company policies and guidelines at all times.
Who you’ll work with
You will join the field force team in Novo Vietnam, where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. You will report to Area Sales Manager.
Your closest partners will be the healthcare professionals in your assigned healthcare organisations. Inside Novo, you will work alongside fellow representatives in your region and collaborate with colleagues across functions like Marketing, Market Access and Medical & Regulatory, bringing insights from the field into regional and national discussions so that plans reflect what customers really need.
