Job Overview:
The Structural Fitter Supervisor oversees the daily activities of structural fitting teams within a fabrication environment. The role coordinates workforce, materials, tools, equipment, and work priorities while monitoring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance. The position applies technical knowledge of structural fabrication and fitting to resolve work-related issues, maintain dimensional accuracy and material traceability, and support the timely completion of assigned activities.

The Structural Fitter Supervisor leads and coordinates structural fitting and fabrication activities to support safe, efficient, and high-quality work execution. The role assigns work, monitors team performance, and ensures structural components are assembled and fitted in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements. The position provides technical guidance, develops team capability, and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to resolve execution issues and achieve productivity targets.
