The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our vehicle range and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
Build, develop, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
Promote our business and vehicle stock through advertising and social media channels.
Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maximise opportunities.
Stay up to date with vehicle market trends, products, and best practices.
Continuously develop your skills through feedback and training

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, and commercially focused with a genuine passion for customer service.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused retail sales environment.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Excellent listening and questioning skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional approach at all times.

Knowledge

Good understanding of vehicle features and basic mechanical knowledge.
Competent IT skills, including experience using common business software applications.

Qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths and English.
