The Inspector is responsible for ensuring work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and project requirements. This role serves as the owner's representative in the field, monitoring contractor performance, documenting construction progress, identifying deficiencies, and supporting successful project delivery.
