- Monitoring of entirety of technical review process ensuring both compliance and maximisation of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring JASANZ portal is updated per current certificate status of cases that are suspended or withdrawn
- Monitoring payment status, linked directly to technical review and submission
- Follow up with customers on meeting their financial contractual obligations
- Rigours monitoring and follow up on timeframes of submission ensuring we meet NDIS scheme requirements
- Ensuring auditors comply with scheme requirements with documentation provided
- Updating NGPS system to ensure correct customer and audit related information
- Day to day customer interaction on queries on audit report and status of technical review and submission
- Super-user access of NGPS assisting all teams where necessary with data updating and accuracy
- Collaborating daily with technical reviewers, sales and planning department
- Critical role in the planned process improvement and implementation of switch to upfront payment
- Any other administrative tasks assisting with process improvement
