As a Junior Customer Relations Officer, you will act as a key contact point for customer cases across both our Sales and Aftersales operations. You will analyse complex situations, identify sustainable solutions, and bring together customers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.

- Manage customer cases and complaints across both Sales and Aftersales, ensuring professional and customer-focused follow-up.
- Analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions in line with BMW Group’s premium standards.
- Work closely with internal departments, BMW retailers, and business partners to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives and support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing our services.
- Gradually take on more responsibility, with the opportunity to become the key contact person for your own region and provide clear reporting and communication to management.
- Promote a customer-focused and commercially minded approach in every interaction, balancing customer expectations with business objectives.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
- Strong customer focus combined with empathy and resilience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
- Strong writing skills and affinity with digital tools.
- A collaborative team player with an interest in the automotive industry.
