In this position you will....

Support daily warehouse operations for AIS Care+, Apple Care, and other device protection programs by managing inbound, outbound, and return processes. This includes receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, shipment coordination, and stock accuracy management while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Responsible to do daily warehouse transactions and to ensure record all the inventory movement with the accuracy as per objective set.

You will be responsible for…

To handle all incoming materials into warehouse (device and other materials) related to Switch products and other device protection products.
To perform physical inspection and to do data wiping of incoming devices and returned unit as per SOP.
To store device from each program as per designated locations accurately
To proceed with inventory and logistics order of with accurate process which covers: pick, pack, hand over to courier and then maintain the inventory data on warehouse system.
To record inventory movement on all categories to ensure inventory usage and available accurately.
To provide daily report based on inbound and outbound transactions.
To assist Claim Agents (CA) to share the available inventory that CA can offer to claim fulfilment-based category Like for Like (LFL) or like for similar (LFS) according to customer’s device.
To prepare both physical and data for liquidation process. During the handover process, double check all documents and get sign off from internal and buyers.
To perform weekly stock counting regularly involving finance team and to document the result properly.
In day-to-day operations, to adhere to all activities as per SOP

You will require the following qualifications and skills

Possess minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Warehouse and Logistics
Experience with WMS system will be an advantage.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required by operational needs.
Experience in inventory management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy control.
Familiarity with device inspection, data wiping processes, and returned product handling.
Experience in order fulfilment, shipment coordination, and courier management is preferred.
Meticulous with an eye for details.
Able to handle sensitive inventory and operational information with confidentiality.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Must possess a “problem solver” approach and a “can-do” attitude.
Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Computer literacy in word, excel and power point.
An appetite for growth and personal development
Good reading and written communication skills in English.
