Junior Executive - Creative & Design
Key Job Responsibilities
Design engaging visual content for digital and offline channels, including social media posts, website graphics, e-mail templates, brochures, presentations and event materials.
Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics and reels for social media and campaigns.
Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms.
Prepare visuals for pitch decks and proposals for B2B clients.
Work with agencies, printers and vendors to produce marketing materials to a high standard.
Support social media content planning and scheduling.
Create materials and on-ground branding for events, promotions and other programs.
Make timely updates to the website and other digital platforms.
Work with the marketing team to turn briefs into clear, effective creative.
Provide general support to the marketing team.
Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Video creation and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) will be a strong advantage.
A creative eye with strong attention to detail, typography and layout.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
Ability to work collaboratively, get feedback well and meet deadlines.
