    • Lead the design and implementation of Customer and Product MDM solutions.
    • Act as the technical lead for MDM initiatives, providing architecture direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
    • Define MDM architecture, data models, integration strategies, governance processes, and implementation roadmaps.
    • Design and implement key MDM capabilities, including:
      • Match & Merge
      • Survivorship Rules
      • Hierarchy Management
      • Golden Record Management
      • Data Stewardship
      • Data Quality
    • Collaborate with business leaders to define master data strategies and governance frameworks.
    • Design integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and analytical systems.
    • Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
    • Support project estimation, technical planning, and delivery governance.
    • Mentor technical teams and establish best practices for MDM implementations.
    • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and overall solution quality.

This is a highly visible client-facing leadership role responsible for driving discovery, solution architecture, implementation strategy, and delivery of large-scale MDM programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience architecting and implementing MDM solutions, leading technical teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to establish trusted, governed master data across the enterprise.
