B2B Advocacy & Events Manager

We're looking for a high-energy B2B Brand Events & Ambassadors Manager to grow Treatwell's reputation and physical presence across our salon network in Europe.

Reporting to our B2B Brand Manager, you'll own two ambitious programmes: our presence at industry events and a European network of salon ambassadors. Together, they build visibility, earn salon trust and generate new partner leads through the people who already know us best.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning complex, multi-market logistics into programmes that scale. You'll work with Product and Tech to build the tools behind it, and with local Supply, Sales and marketing teams to bring it to life on the ground.

🧐 You will be responsible for:

Leading our events presence: Own Treatwell's presence at trade fairs and professional industry events across Europe, from choosing where we show up to stand concept, logistics, lead capture and follow-up with Sales.
Building our B2B Ambassador Programme: Design, launch and scale a network of salon partners across all markets who champion Treatwell, share their success stories and refer other salons to us.
Running partner advocacy: Put real industry voices at the heart of our B2B marketing, working with the B2B Brand Manager and PR to turn partner stories into content, case studies and event moments.
Connecting global and local: Create playbooks, toolkits and assets that let local teams run events and ambassador activity consistently and quickly.
Measuring what works: Define and track the impact of every event and ambassador on leads, sign-ups, live partners and retention, and use the data to decide what to scale or stop.
Managing budgets and suppliers: Own programme budgets, event agencies, print and fulfilment partners, delivering on time, on brand and on budget.

Requirements

🔝 About you:

What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a tech business, ideally a marketplace, SaaS or partner-led company. Experience working with Supply or Sales teams is a strong plus.
Experience delivering events, trade shows or activations, ideally across multiple European markets.
Experience building ambassador, advocacy, referral or community programmes, with clear results.
A delivery mindset: you're energised by efficiency and love turning complex logistics into scalable impact.
Strong project management skills, with experience running large physical and digital rollouts across thousands of touchpoints and multiple countries.

A data-driven approach: you set clear success metrics, track results and use them to improve.

Languages: English fluency is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus
