Job Description
- Reception Agent
- First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

- What you will be doing:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception, front desk, or guest-facing hospitality role
Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Proven ability to manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest requests efficiently
Demonstrated experience with upselling and promoting services to enhance guest satisfaction
Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and polished appearance
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Additional Information
