We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with deep expertise in building and leading integrated social media strategies across organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience in Sprinklr, including publishing workflows, listening, moderation, governance, dashboards and reporting. The role requires the ability to lead client discussions, shape social operating models, guide campaign and content strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across brand, engagement, commerce and performance. Experience across influencer marketing, ORM, social commerce, WhatsApp marketing and AI-enabled social media operations is strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and lead integrated social media strategies across organic and paid channels aligned to brand, audience and business objectives

Own strategic planning across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, WhatsApp and YouTube

Lead paid social planning, audience strategy, budget allocation, optimization and performance reviews to improve ROI

Design and govern end-to-end Sprinklr operating models covering publishing, listening, moderation, workflows, governance and reporting

Lead social listening and audience-insight programs to identify trends, sentiment, emerging issues and opportunities for engagement

Shape content calendars, channel roles and engagement strategies in partnership with creative, content and brand teams

Drive ORM, community management and escalation frameworks with clear governance and service standards

Build strategies and delivery roadmaps for influencer marketing, social commerce and WhatsApp-led engagement

Define KPI and measurement frameworks across reach, engagement, sentiment, conversion, commerce and paid-social performance

Drive AI-led social engagement and operating recommendations, including opportunities to improve productivity and responsiveness

Lead stakeholder communications, performance reviews and executive recommendations for enterprise social programs

Manage and mentor teams delivering social strategy, publishing, listening, moderation, analytics and paid social workstreams

Partner with analytics, creative, marketing, product and technology teams to enable cohesive multi-channel execution

Drive business development conversations, proposals and solutioning in social media, Sprinklr and related transformation areas

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in social media management platforms: Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Dash Hudson or equivalent tools for scheduling, listening, and reporting.

Strong operational experience managing multi-platform content calendars and native campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X simultaneously.

Deep understanding of social strategy, paid social, social listening, ORM, governance and performance measurement

Ability to design workflow configurations, governance models, dashboards and reporting frameworks within enterprise social ecosystems

Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capability, including transformation and solutioning discussions

Understanding of influencer marketing, social commerce, WhatsApp marketing and AI-enabled social operations

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and translate social data into actionable business recommendations

Additional Information: Candidates should have meaningful hands-on Sprinklr experience and the ability to independently lead enterprise social media strategy, operating-model and transformation discussions.
