About the Role

We are seeking a Route to Market (RTM) Solution Consultant to partner closely with sales teams in demonstrating and positioning Accenture’s RTM solutions and services. This role combines business consulting, solution design, and pre-sales expertise to help prospective customers understand how technology can improve sales, distribution, and commercial decision-making across manufacturing and consumer goods environments.

The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across business and technical functions, conduct discovery workshops, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help shape solutions that address customer challenges while driving business value.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales teams to articulate the value and capabilities of Accenture RTM solutions and services.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to executive, business, and technical audiences.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and future-state requirements.
Design and present solution recommendations aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
Create and maintain demonstration environments and persona-based presentations that showcase relevant business outcomes.
Lead interactive discussions with prospective customers and respond effectively to questions through solution-based demonstrations.
Support customer meetings, workshops, and industry events through presentations and solution expertise.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Contribute to responses for RFI, RFP, and other solution qualification activities by mapping business requirements to technology capabilities.
Gather and communicate market feedback, customer insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Stay informed of competitor offerings and effectively communicate solution differentiators.
Travel as required to support customer engagements and business development activities

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of pre-sales experience within a software or technology environment; or 5+ years of relevant consulting, business advisory, sales operations, or industry experience.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience conducting business discovery sessions and translating requirements into solution recommendations.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, business processes, and industry concepts.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to travel when required.
Experience within the Manufacturing, Technology, Consumer Goods, or Distribution industries.
Knowledge of sales, distribution, trade promotion, or route-to-market business processes.
Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
Experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
Experience supporting RFI/RFP processes and solution proposal development.
Familiarity with tax-related business requirements and processes.
