We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Global Account Manager to lead and grow one of our most important global dairy partnerships, driving sustainable and profitable growth across international markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of a key global customer account and build long-term value-driven partnerships.
- Co-create and implement customer-centric sales strategies in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Drive volume, gross margin, and profitability targets in line with AGRANA's business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions across multiple international markets.
- Coordinate sales activities and align commercial strategies across 10 countries.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of growth initiatives.
- Manage major global projects together with procurement, innovation, operations, and technical teams.
- Monitor service performance, supply chain, quality, and NPD activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to support future business growth.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships and cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Food Technology, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and intercultural collaboration capabilities.
- Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-40%).
