As a Lead Teacher of English, you will contribute to our global English strategy by delivering outstanding teaching, promoting best practice in ELT, and supporting the professional development of colleagues.

You will plan, prepare and deliver effective English language lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners. These responsibilities will be undertaken alongside teaching hours, with flexibility where additional leadership support is required.

You will play an active role in teaching centre activities, attending staff meetings and contributing to the development, evaluation and improvement of courses, materials and services. You will support local marketing initiatives, assist in delivering an excellent customer experience, maintain effective communication with students, and complete all teaching-related administration to required standards.
