To implement the Project Procurement Strategy from Client PPQ stage through to mobilisation of the successful project award being the P&SC point of contact throughout the Client tender process ensuring compliance with the Costain Way Policies, Procedures, and standards. Leading and managing work winning and bid procurement for procurement and supply chain to ensure procurement is carried out professionally, in accordance with governance and in line with the project’s requirements and constraints. Ensuring procurement is carried out in ethical, transparent, and fair way whilst demonstrating best value with robust procurement process, innovation, lessons learnt and inclusivity, always. The Procurement and Supply Chain Management (P&SC) function is responsible for the interface with those third-party organisations who support our business whether that be for procurement of goods and services or the relationship management that underpins any such activities. They support project delivery teams across the sectors to ensure the strategic direction is identified and delivered.
