Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate service and repair work orders from setup to completion, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date
- Track job progress, monitor timelines, and proactively communicate delays, updates, and next steps to customer and internal stakeholders
- Support planning and scheduling activities by coordinating technicians, resources, logistics and third-party services
- Maintain accurate documentation, including labour, parts, warranty, invoicing, and customer records throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, planners, vendors, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets customer expectations
- Support operational activities such as transportation coordination, site access requirements, training logistics and meeting administration
- Ensure work orders are finalized accurately for billing while adhering to established processes, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, logistics or operations support role
- Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Proficient with Microsoft office, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and jump in when needed
