Sales Manager – AutoStore Solutions (French & English)

Kardex AutoStore is a global leader in high-speed Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), helping businesses increase storage capacity by up to four times while improving warehouse efficiency and order fulfillment.As we expand our presence in Canada, we are looking for a bilingual Sales Manager (French & English) to build on our established business, develop new opportunities, and drive commercial growth.
Location: Remote anywhere in Canada, with customer visits and business travel as required. You will collaborate with our North American team, including our office in Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA.
Your Mission
Lead the full sales cycle for AutoStore solutions, from qualified lead handover to contract signature, while building strong customer relationships and driving profitable growth.
Your tasks
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to contract closure.
- Build trusted customer relationships and act as the link between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations to develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment on project scope, pricing, and contractual terms.
- Promote standardized, scalable solutions while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to improving sales tools and processes.
Your profile
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong business communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, robotics, or material-handling systems.
- A track record of successfully selling complex projects and managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong commercial, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Canada as required.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
