We are seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Manager who aligns with our core values to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will play a key part in driving our growth.
THE ROLE:
The Sales and Marketing Manager’s primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual business plans to drive sales performance in alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
- Formulate and implement targeted growth strategies to expand export sales and achieve established revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business and product expansion opportunities.
Partner & Distributor Management
- Collaborate with appointed agents, distributors, and key accounts to stimulate brand demand, increase sales, and drive market penetration.
- Partner with distributors to design, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing, advertising, merchandising, and distribution campaigns.
- Co-develop and implement customer feedback surveys in coordination with distributor partners to monitor market satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze financial, demographic, and technological trends to optimize the company’s product mix, pricing, and distribution networks.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Proven track record of self-direction, teamwork, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about customer service excellence, driven by success, and grounded in integrity.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and numerical capabilities.
- High computer literacy, including proficiency with web-based marketing platforms and social media.
- A valid driver’s license and access to transportation
