Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Ensure a safe and harassment and discrimination free work environment by following and enforcing all safety rules and procedures, all company policies, applicable laws, and Precision Values
- Conduct and document initial origin damage inspection
- Scan and receive inbound vehicles into inventory
- Identify and correct deficiencies with inventory accuracy or baying procedures
- Document and report inventory issues and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Conduct physical inventories of customer vehicles and report errors to management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle safely
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to pass a driver’s license check with no more than 4 points present, no DUI’s or suspensions within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
- The employee is required to converse and listen in office and industrial settings (indoor & outdoor; noise level is high at times).
- The employee is frequently required to move about on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
- The employee is required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- The employee must be able to work in confined spaces.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, ascend or descend ladders safely at heights of 10 feet or more, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
