What interests you most about corporate actions and financial markets? How would you ensure accuracy when working with time-sensitive information?We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Intern to support the processing and communication of corporate actions events.
• monitor corporate actions events, including repurchase offers, consent solicitations, and conversions.
• Analyze event information received from market sources, custodians, and data vendors.
• support timely and accurate notifications to stakeholders and clients.
• assist with election processing, documentation, and control checks.
• collaborate with teams to maintain data quality and service excellence.
• learn the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle and operational processes.
