Leveraged Lending Lawyer

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leveraged Lending lawyer to:• partner with the investment bank and external counsel to provide holistic support on the full range of leveraged lending and structured lending transactions that originate in the U.S. and other jurisdictions
• act as a subject matter expert for all legal and regulatory matters for or related to the U.S. leveraged finance and structured lending markets, including in a restructuring context
• collaborate with the wider Group Legal and Investment Banking teams to educate on new regulatory initiatives, market trends, conflicts, significant cases and changes in law
• monitor legal and regulatory developments for the Investment Banking business
• work closely with other firm functions including Compliance, Conflicts, the Global Banking Operating Office and Risk
